Janet was my Aunt but so much more.
A good friend and always generous with her time and offers of help. An example of hard work and resilience, her family were a priority through difficult years as a single working Mother.
Always well dressed no scruffs for her! She had her own sense of style. We loved to talk outfits on special occasions. She took a keen interest in everything that our family got up to and loved to hear the exploits of Ellie and Lydia, we often laughed!
Thank goodness that destiny brought Rob into her life and they both enjoyed happiness together for more than 30 years.
Richly deserved.
She will always be missed but we will keep our happy memories.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
